The platform allows for direct online submission of permit applications for organizing events (neighborhood parties, flea markets, runs) or for temporary occupation of public domain (construction, moving, interventions on roads or sidewalks). Users can track their application status and receive their permit online.
For events, the Events Department is available to assist applicants by phone at 04 36 15 445 or by email at evenement@chaudfontaine.be. For public domain occupation outside of events, the Public Works Department can be contacted at 04 36 15 551 or by email at travaux@chaudfontaine.be.
Eaglebe® offers the ability to submit applications without needing to visit in person, track their progress, and receive approved permits online. This tool is part of the Commune of Chaudfontaine's efforts to modernize its services.
