The Walloon Region, through its Department of Nature and Forests, is launching a call for applications for the provision of six agricultural meadows totaling 8 hectares in Seraing. Interested parties have until November 5, 2026, to submit their applications.

The Walloon Region is offering a unique lot of six meadow plots, with a total area of 8 hectares, located in Seraing. These lands, managed by the Department of Nature and Forests, will be allocated under a "commodat de carrière" contract, in accordance with the conditions specified in the tender document RW-AFA-2026/COM046.

Applications can be submitted by email in PDF format to agencedufoncieragricole@spw.wallonie.be, with a maximum size of 10 MB per email; multiple submissions are possible if necessary. They can also be sent by registered mail or delivered in person, in a sealed envelope and against a receipt, to the following address: Walloon Region (SPW-ARNE) – Walloon Agricultural Land Agency, Attention: Mr. Marc Thirion, Director, Avenue Prince de Liège, 7, 5100 Namur (Jambes).
The subject line of the email or the sealed envelope must clearly state: "submission for the provision under commodat de carrière of the unique lot from tender document RW-AFA-2026/COM046". Applications must reach the Agency no later than November 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
