The City of Eupen is organizing two free workshops on the theme of repurposing bread scraps, as part of its 'Zero Waste Municipality' action plan.

Whether savory or sweet, old bread is still full of flavor and too good to throw away. As part of its 'Zero Waste Municipality' campaign, the City of Eupen is organizing two free cooking workshops on the topic of bread scrap utilization.
The workshops will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the 'Meet Us' premises (LFV VoG, Gospertstraße 57). Two time slots are available: from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The workshops will be conducted in French, with German translation available if needed.
Participation is free, but as places are limited, prior registration is required. Interested individuals from Eupen can register by emailing alexandra.hilgers@eupen.be or by calling 087/59 58 19.
