Starting Monday, November 16, 2026, students in Waimes' communal schools will be able to enjoy a bowl of soup each week, prepared at the Communal Retirement Home.

From Monday, November 16, 2026, students in the various communal schools of Waimes will have the opportunity to enjoy a bowl of soup once a week. These soups, prepared on the same day at the Communal Retirement Home, will feature fresh, seasonal recipes. They will be served during lunchtime at school and are enriched with protein. The product contains gluten and lactose.
The price per bowl of soup is set at €0.50. Reservations will be made directly online via the CREOS website, which is already used for settling daycare fees. For any questions regarding CREOS access, the 'Accueil Temps Libre' service can be reached at atl@waimes.be.
The project is also seeking volunteers to help serve the soup, supporting the ATL staff. For further information, please contact the commune's education department at enseignement@waimes.be.
