The municipality of Anthisnes is launching a new session of its « I Run for My Fitness » (JCPMF) program starting September 23, 2026, offering twelve weeks of physical activity.

The « I Run for My Fitness » (JCPMF) program resumes its activities on September 23, 2026, for a duration of twelve weeks. Training sessions will be led by certified instructors.
Depending on the number of registrations, four groups are offered: a walking group for one hour on easy terrain, and three running groups for beginners (0-5 km), intermediate (5-10 km), and advanced (8-12 km) runners.
Training sessions for walkers will take place every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 PM. The three running groups will train every Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
The sessions will be held at the football field in Villers-aux-Tours. The cost for the complete cycle is €30 for residents of Anthisnes and €35 for other participants.
