A public meeting will be held on October 20 in Chaudfontaine to present the redevelopment project for Bouxhe Square and its surroundings before the public inquiry begins.

This meeting will allow citizens to familiarize themselves with the project before the launch of the public inquiry.
The redevelopment project, for which the urban planning permit application concerns a global renovation of Bouxhe Square and its vicinity, includes several interventions. These encompass the refurbishment of the square itself, the creation of a park and a public car park, the development of active mobility links, the repair of the water tower, the construction of three mixed-use buildings comprising a total of 30 apartments, the establishment of a HORECA space, two shops, and an office for a liberal profession, as well as the creation of an indoor parking facility.
A public inquiry will subsequently take place from October 24 to November 23. During this period, citizens will have the opportunity to review the file and submit any observations within the framework of the inquiry procedure.
