The site known as "Plot L01" in Amay, owned by SPI and located on the banks of the Meuse river, has completed its rehabilitation after several months of work.

The works, carried out as part of the Walloon Recovery Plan, began in March 2026. They involved the excavation and removal of a heavy metal pollution patch. The land was also reprofiled to create an access ramp to the Meuse river.
In total, 6,500 m³ of soil were excavated and analyzed. Additionally, 3,200 tons of non-recoverable materials were evacuated to approved recycling or treatment channels.
This rehabilitation will enable SPI to redevelop economic activity on this ideally located plot.
