The Mayor has informed the public that the communal college must rule on a Class 2 environmental permit application. The project aims to extend the operating permit for research activities focused on the manufacturing and transformation of metal and plastic products, as well as prototype development. This activity is planned on a plot of land located at Rue du Bois Saint-Jean, 12 in 4102 Seraing (Ougrée).
The file, numbered PE2/2026/112, can be consulted during the public inquiry period, which runs from October 5 to 19, 2026. Consultations are by appointment only on weekdays with the urban planning department.
