This Friday, October 2nd, the inauguration of the Dove of Peace took place in the Lamine park. Spearheaded by the National Federation of Combatants (FNC) and local authorities, the installation of this sculpture aims to place the municipality in an active process of remembrance.
Given the current context, speakers recalled the community's commitment to consistently prioritize dialogue, mutual respect, and living together. This commitment was highlighted before the attending villagers and some students from the municipal schools.
To mark their commitment, children also hung small paper doves on the bushes and trees in the park.
