As part of the traditional August 15th festivities, the city of Huy aims to explore alternative solutions to fireworks, focusing on sustainability, innovation, and respect for the environment and animal welfare.
Interested operators are invited to propose concepts such as light drone shows, laser or video mapping shows, monumental projections, aerial artistic performances, or low-environmental-impact pyrotechnic displays.
Proposals must highlight strong visual appeal, ensure public safety, minimize noise pollution and environmental impact, while adhering to technical, meteorological, and budgetary constraints.
Applications, due by October 18th, 2026, must include a presentation of the structure, a description of the concept, similar references, technical and logistical requirements, and a budget estimate.
