The City wishes to identify a project leader capable of proposing a quality rehabilitation of this building, currently in a concerning state of repair, as well as a new use adapted to the characteristics of the site and its environment. The objective is to preserve and enhance the existing building, while allowing the development of activities likely to contribute to the attractiveness and animation of Parc des Coteaux, respecting the living environment of the residents.
Proposed projects must ensure the preservation and rehabilitation of the building, offer a use consistent with the historical, urbanistic, and environmental context of the site, develop an activity linked to the park that encourages public access, bring social, cultural, environmental, tourist, or societal added value, and guarantee the technical and financial feasibility as well as its sustainability.
The City proposes the establishment of a long-term lease (emphytéose) for a maximum duration of 35 years, for a symbolic annual fee of one euro. The selected project leader will bear the costs for the rehabilitation and development of the building, as well as its management and maintenance. Selection will be based on the quality of the urbanistic and architectural proposal, the relevance of the planned use, the solidity of the financial plan, and the realization timeline.
The call is open to natural and legal persons with the necessary technical and financial capacities. Candidates are invited to consult the special tender document. A preliminary site visit is mandatory by appointment. The deadline for submitting applications is January 26, 2027, at 11:59 PM.
