This project, a collaboration between the municipality of Burg-Reuland and various local associations including Dorfgemeinschaft Aldringen VoG, the Kirchenfabrik, the school, the Seniorenbeirat, WFG Ostbelgien, and Trois-Tiers asbl, is part of the 'Rural Third Places' initiative within the Reconstruction Program for Wallonia.
While retaining its historical and cultural context, the parish house is opening up to civic, creative, and professional life. The ground floor will host a variety of meetings, assemblies, lectures, courses, and activities designed to bring the region together.
On the first floor, a coworking space will offer entrepreneurs, freelancers, employees, trainees, and students a place to work, exchange skills, and build networks—a hub for development, creativity, and the collaborative economy.
Following the official inauguration, a reception will be held, providing an opportunity to connect with the various stakeholders involved in the renovation of this new meeting point.
