The Sarte site, visited by over 30,000 people annually, aims to enhance its tourist offering. The Land Registry wishes to provide a friendly space for families, walkers, and tourists to enjoy a drink, meet friends, or take a break after a walk or a cable car ride.
The main activity will focus on beverages, with the option to offer tapas or light snacks, complementing the existing food services on site. The food truck is expected to operate at least on weekends and during school holidays, with the possibility of more regular presence.
This initial season will serve as an experimental phase to boost the site's appeal and offer an additional service to visitors. The specifications detailing the concession terms are available in a PDF document.
