The communal college of Ans has approved the fiscal regulations for 2027, maintaining the additional tax rate on personal income (IPP) at 8.5% and the additional centimes on property tax at 2,600 centimes.

During the Municipal Council meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, Mayor Grégory PHILIPPIN, responsible for the Budget, presented the two fiscal regulations for the 2027 fiscal year. In line with the General Policy Statement, they reaffirm the rates applied in 2026, with no increase.
The maintained rates are: the additional tax on personal income (IPP) at 8.5% and the additional centimes on property tax at 2,600 centimes. These two regulations were adopted with 23 votes in favor and 4 abstentions.
This choice of stability and predictability reflects the communal College's commitment to balancing responsible public finance management with preserving the purchasing power of Ans residents. These revenues are significant resources for the City's operations and the funding of its public service missions.
While current events are forcing some municipalities to raise their additional taxes, Ans is keeping the rates for these two taxes unchanged. 'Our intention is clear: to maintain essential public services for the population while ensuring we do not increase the communal tax burden. For 2027, we have therefore decided to keep the rates applied in 2026 identical,' states Grégory PHILIPPIN.
