The company DPF Tinlot srl informs the public that it plans to submit an application for a consolidated building permit (with road opening) for a residential development project of approximately 145 dwellings, involving soil import (< 100,000 m³) and land contour modification on a site of approximately 8 hectares. This site is located north of the Tinlot built-up area, at the place called La Douève, between the Route de Marche (N63 route du Condroz), the rue de l’Eglise, and the rue Haute Barrière, on cadastral parcels TINLOT 1st Division (Soheit-Tinlot), section B, n° 65 P/4, 64 P, 64 R, 64 W, 64 F/2, 64 V, 57 G, 83 B, 83 C, 64 X.
Covering a site of over 2 hectares, the project will be subject to an environmental impact assessment in accordance with articles D.66, §2, and D.68, §§2 and 3 of the Environmental Code. In this context, a public information meeting is organized to allow the applicant to present the project and the public to be informed, express observations and suggestions, and highlight specific points for the impact study.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 7 PM at the village hall « La Tinlotoise », rue de l’Eglise 27 at 4557 Tinlot. The meeting will be recorded, and the documents presented will be available for consultation from the day after the meeting until the fifteenth day following it, at the Commune of Tinlot by appointment and via a provided link.
Anyone may, within this fifteen-day period from the date of the information meeting, submit their observations and suggestions for the environmental impact assessment in writing to the Collège communal de Tinlot (rue du Centre 19 - 4557 Tinlot or admin@tinlot.be), stating their name and address. A copy should be sent to the applicant (DPF Tinlot srl, rue J. Kurtz 15 - 4801 Verviers), represented by Mr. Pierre Demolin (demolin@skynet.be), who will promptly forward it to the accredited impact study author, the firm A-TOME.
